Director of the Institue is Irina Manoha, doctor of psychological sciences, professor.

Secretary: Oksana Pavlova.

Institute aims at conducting research in the field of scientific, experimental, applied and practical psychology, organization of nationwide and international level events, preparation and publication of scientific monographs, books, publications, opening the post-graduate and doctoral division, creation specialized council on thesis defense (candidates of sciences / doctoral):

- 19.00.01 – general psychology, history of psychology;

- 19.00.10 – organizational psychology;

- 19.00.07 – age and educational psychology.

2. Department of Personality Psychology and Psychology of Development;

3. Department of Organizational Psychology and Psychology of Labor;

4. Department of Social and Ethnopsychology;

5. Department of Clinical Psychology, Psychotherapy and Counseling;

6. Centers / Laboratories:

- psychotherapy and depth psychology;

- consulting and training;

- experimental psychological research.
