Theory and History of State and Law Department

Teaching of the subjects is provided by highly qualified scientific and pedagogical staff.

The Department provides teaching of the following subjects:

Administrative responsibility, administrative law, administrative process; associations in Ukraine, the general history of the state and law, general history of State and Law, history of studies of state and law of Ukraine, history of political and legal studies, a constitutional law of Ukraine, constitutional rights, freedoms and responsibilities of citizens, municipal law, organization and research, basics of Roman private law, the legal provision of social work, legal principles of administrative activities, legal regulation of relations with the provision of services, problems of administrative law and process, professional ethics of lawyer, Roman state and civil law, theory of state and law, social security and protection legislation, legal deontology, philosophy and sociology of law, organization of legal work.

Work of the department staff is aimed at:

• Organization and high quality provision of the educational process;

 • continuing professional development;

 • formation of a department school of scientific research;

 • developing patriotism in students, common legal culture of moral values.
