 Extensive professional knowledge in the direction of Management (for bachelor’s degree) is formed by the following blocks of subjects:

History of Ukraine, Philosophy, History of Ukrainian culture, politology, Ukrainian language for professional orientation, English, university education.

 

 Block of professionally-oriented  subjects

 

Higher mathematics, introduction to the specialty, microeconomics, basic management, basics of economic theory, economic science, mathematical programming, econometrics, labor law, entrepreneurship and small business, macroeconomics, statistics, systems of technologies, probability theory and mathematical statistics, operations research, accounting, money and credit, Ukraine's economy in transformational processes, computer networks and telecommunications, logistics, international economic relations, audit, marketing, finance, finances of company, banking, business planning, exchange work, insurance, investment processes in Ukraine, infrastructure of investment market, controlling, financial services market, price-making, basics of foreign trade work, legal regulation of investment, financial diagnostics of business, financial law, business taxation, economic analysis, operational management, business economics, investment, enterprise law, personnel management, information systems in management, bankruptcy and reorganization of enterprises, competitiveness management, organization manager’s work.

 

Extensive professional knowledge in management (for master’s degree) is formed by the following blocks of subjects:

 

Block of Humanitarian subjects

Psychology af administration, conflict studying.

 

 Block of professionally-oriented  subjects

 

Strategic management, investment management, innovative management, management of organizations, basics of management consulting, corporate governance, methodology of teaching in high school + higher education and the Bologna process, methodology and organization of scientific research, labor protection, civil defence, intellectual property, investment analysis, international investment activity, management of investment projects, management of the value of a company.

 

 Students receive practical training at:

 

banks and financial institutions;

investment companies;

consulting firms;

the industrial and commercial enterprises;

-  Ukrainian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs.

  

After a full academic course a specialist in Management of Organizations is prepared for work associated with:

 

§    administrations;

§    financial support of a company;

§    investment management;

§    personnel management;

§    organization of the administrative apparatus;

§    economic calculations and forecasting;

§    project analysis and business planning;

§    organization of payments and work incentives;

After a full academic course a specialist in Management of Organizations

may hold the following positions:

 

§    manager in foreign companies and firms that have international links;

§    head of small, medium businesses;

§    chief specialist, head of the commercial services, in wholesale, retail and stock market, stock exchanges;

§    manager and chief specialist of the functional units of organs of state and local governments, enterprises and institutions of industry.

§    state structures and institutions (state administration, departments of relevant ministries, commercial bodies);

§    local and state governance;

§    foreign companies;

§    all and medium business enterprises;

§     higher educational institutions that train specialists in the field of economics, organization and management.
