Manager in administrative work

Master’s degree.

 

Duration of Studies:

 

master – 1 year on the basis of complete higher education1;

master –  2 years on the basis of basic higher education.

 

Education – full-time, extra-mural.

  

Extensive professional knowledge in the specialty is formed by the following blocks of subjects:

 

BLOCK OF PROFESSIONALLY-ORIENTED SUBJECTS

 

Management of social and economic security, management of information relations, content management operations, management of human resources, theory of the organization, management of the organization, director of administrative services, techniques of administrative work, state regulation of regional economics, the management of foreign economic activity, innovative management, organization and methods of scientific research, firm economics, theory and practice of business planning etc.

 

Students receive practical training at:

 

industrial and commercial enterprises;

state local government;

– consulting companies.

 

After a full academic course a specialist in Administrative Management is prepared for work associated with:

 

      development of the constituent documents of the enterprise, the program of organization work;

      enterprise management;

      state governance;

      operational management of primary subdivisions - the linear (main activity) or functional (preparatory and support activities), as well as independent organizations, which mainly have office management;

      monitoring the implementation of treaties, agreements and contracts.

 

After a full academic course a specialist in Administrative Management may hold the following positions:

 

director of enterprises, organizations;

assistant director of the company;

head of the department in enterprise;

head of the enterprise.

 

May work in:

 

state structures and institutions;

local and state management bodies;

foreign companies and firms;

industrial and trade companies;

small and medium business.
