RESEARCH INSTITUTE of
GLOBALIZATION AND EUROPEAN INTEGRATION (R&D Institute)

The director of the Institute is Volodymyr D. Kozlitin – PhD (History), professor.

R&D Institute is a subdivision of the Kyiv International University operating under the Charter of the University and the current legislation of Ukraine.

The Institute deals with the current legal issues of Ukraine’s integration into the EU, the regional policy of the EU, experience of the institutional structure of EU and its relations with Ukraine, Ukraine's accession to WTO.
The Institute coordinates the international public relations of Kyiv International University in the field of science and research, maintains regular scientific contacts with national and international research and educational institutions, supports cooperation with the European Commission in Ukraine taking part in international scientific and educational projects, organizes international scientific conferences, roundtables, workshops.

The Institute has three departments:

– Department of EU regional policy;

– The legal department of EU integration;

– Department of Foreign Economic integration to the EU
